Min says Gazprom, Novatek can invest in Morocco gas supply projs
RABAT, Oct 4 (PRIME) -- Russian gas producers Gazprom and Novatek, and construction company Stroytransgaz are considering co-investing in construction of logistic facilities and gas supply in Morocco, Co-Chairman of the Russian–Moroccan intergovernmental commission Dmitry Patrushev said Thursday.
“An opportunity for large Russian companies, such as Gazprom, Novatek and Stroytransgaz to join logistics utilities construction, gas supply to industrial zones of Morocco as co-investors is considered,” Patrushev said.
He also said that Russia and Morocco are about to complete a draft agreement on peaceful nuclear power cooperation.
Russia and Morocco are also considering establishment of joint ventures in vehicle and electrical equipment manufacturing, and lubricants.
